Hormones are a rhythm, not a reading.

Saliva-based hormone monitoring to help you track over time.

Each line is one day of readings. The violet one is yours.

  • Non-invasiveExploring saliva sampling, without a needle.
  • High-frequencyAiming for repeat readings. A fresh sample each time.
  • Built for the clinicA concept shaped around clinical needs.

One reading. Two very different days.

Both people in this chart have the same result at their 9:00 clinic visit. Switch to repeated saliva samples to see the rest of the day, with a fresh sample for each reading, then drag along the timeline.

Select repeated samples, then drag across the chart to explore.

Nothing else is measured. Person A Person B Clinic visit, 09:00 Same reading.

Illustrative cortisol curves, not patient data. Each dot is a separate saliva sample.

From a saliva sample to a record over time.

  1. Measure

Provide a fresh saliva sample for each reading and process it through the Lablet.

  2. View

See the hormone readings in the connected app.

  3. Understand

Build a picture of hormone patterns over time from repeated readings.

Further analysis is being explored. Its timing and approach are not yet decided.

Concept only. The Lablet and app are concepts. Measurement performance and result timing have not yet been established. The proposed hormone panel is cortisol, oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone and DHEA. These are targets, not demonstrated capabilities. No regulatory status has been established.

Exploring who it could help.

We are open to three directions and have not chosen a first use case.

Clinicians

Monitoring a defined patient group.

Research teams

Studying hormone patterns.

Individuals

Tracking their own patterns.

These are directions to explore, not validated applications.

Our ambition

A single reading captures one moment. BilanX’s ambition is to make saliva-based hormone tracking over time easier, helping build a clearer record of patterns.

Where we are
At the ideation stage. No prototype, performance evidence or regulatory status yet.
Areas of interest
Precision medicine, decentralised diagnostics and preventive care.

Our ambition is to make hormone patterns easier to understand and use across healthcare.
